Flint Ridge’s home sites have access to a central water distribution and purification facility.  Electric and phone service is also available.  Residential lots ranging from ½ acre to 2 acres or more are located along the manicured golf fairway, overlooking the Illinois River & area lakes or in private wooded areas. 

There are three access gates all of which have electronic card entry and are monitored 24 hours a day.  Security also provides mobile patrols around the clock.  Flint Ridge is just 5 miles south of the Hwy. 412/Cherokee Turnpike visitors center, in Kansas, Oklahoma.  Take Hwy. 10 south to the Flint Ridge Main Gate.

Flint Ridge is one of the largest privately-owned pieces of land on the Illinois River. Our land isn’t going to change because the Illinois is federally protected. In fact, we enjoy 7 miles of the Illinois River as it lazily flows through the property. Flint Ridge is a gated community with access limited to pass card holders. Only property owners are issued a card.
