With a vast knowledge of the area and a passion for the
wilderness…comes a perfect combination for the lifestyle
that I have chosen….a place called Flint Ridge. My love
for the great outdoors along with a passion to help
people is where my real estate career began.
I came to Flint Ridge in 1979, a weekend get-away with
family and friends, to enjoy the solitude of the rare
wilderness and float the Illinois River. An adventure
that led me to a permanent lifestyle where life seems
calmer and a bit more relaxed. Magnificent beauty
surrounds us here…the place where we chose to call home
and raise our family. I spent ten years working for the
developer, Flint Ridge Development Company. As the
7,000-acre resort was being developed, the miles and
miles of roads and residential lots were being platted,
and the amenities were being built and lot sales began,
I gained great knowledge of the area. In 1989 the
developer left and Flint Ridge ownership converted to
the POA. Having chosen our “home” here, we stayed.
The past twelve years, I have worked in the general real
estate market. I spent five years with a real estate
brokerage in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. This opportunity
allowed me to expand my knowledge of the real estate
market in Northwest Arkansas as well as Northeast
Oklahoma. There I served on the Board of Realtors as
vice-president and was involved in numerous committees
including the installation of the Multiple Listing
Service for Siloam Springs, AR.
All the while Northwest Arkansas is growing; many people
still seek a quieter life, a bit slower pace. Coming to
Oklahoma, at Flint Creek Real Estate, allows a better
“hands-on” with my clients in a specialty market. Not
only Flint Ridge, but also specialty properties on the
scenic Illinois River, area lakes, waterfall properties,
ranches large and small…we specialize in having
